This defense is best with two solid linebackers. The outside linebackers on each side have outside responsibility and the defensive ends will hit and read.
3-3 MLB Fire
This is a blitz package from the 3-3 defense. This is a farly low risk blitz that works well if your defensive line (especially the nose guard) is good.
