122 Screen
A play action screen pass designed to catch the defense inside.
132 Roll X Flat
Play action with some misdirection. An athletic quarterback forces the defense to respect the run and the pass.
132 Z Drag
A safe play action pass across the middle. Y and Z cross at the line of scrimmage to clear up the passing lanes.
22 Dive
An inside run used in short yardage situations.
22 Trap
A quick, inside running play to the fullback.
32 ISO
The oldest play in the book. An effective play when used with a good blocker in front.
36 Counter
The oldest deception play in the book is even more effective against today's quick and aggressive defenses.
37 Toss
A toss to the outside to counter defense's focusing on the inside threat.
90 Y Flat
With a short distance between Y and Z, the tight end is able to get off the line and pick up short yardage easily.
Z Reverse
The reverse is a good way to get the ball into your best athlete's hands. A safe play selection on 2nd and short.
